GEORGIA PROGRESSIVE SUMMIT 2006
What began as an idea floated in a planning retreat held by Georgia for Democracy in the Spring of 2005, grew into the first annual Georgia Progressive Summit in January 2006.
GPS brought together hundreds of progressive community and political activists from throughout the state for two days of networking, sharing and learning.
GPS is now in its third successful year, each year sponsored by a different progressive organization in Georgia.
